El director de la Càtedra d’habitatge, Sergio Nasarre, i l’investigador Kurt Xerri (Malta) participen el 14 i 15 de juny en els següents congressos a Tel Aviv:
– Private Communities and Urban Governance: Theoretical and Comparative Perspectives. El Dr. Sergio Nasarre presenta la ponència: “New Types and Trends of Condominiums in Post-Crisis Spain”.
– Are there additional housing tenures options for Israel ? El Dr. Sergio Nasarre presenta la ponència: Housing Tenure options: “Between Affordability and Exclusion” i el sr. Kurt Xerri: “Legal adaptations to changing rental markets: analysis of three peripheral countries in the light of European solutions”.
