Congress “20 years of the Civil Code of Catalonia”
On 17th November, Prof. Dr. Sergio Nasarre participates in the Congress “20 years of the Civil Code of Catalonia” organized by the Department of Justice, Rights and Memory of the Government of Catalonia. The professor talks about the future of the Civil Code and mentions novel topics such as metaverse, neurorights, etc.

Prof. Dr. Sergio Nasarre has participated as speaker in a webinar organized by the Scottish Law Commission, talking about the legal framework of defaulters in condominiums in Spain.
Conference on housing in Girona
Prof. Dr. Sergio Nasarre and Dr. Núria Lambea participated as speakers, on 18 October, in the conference “Debat sobre l’habitatge: El foment de les polítiques d’habitatge des de diferents àmbits”, talking about housing policies at the local level and the management of social housing from a European perspective, respectively. The conference was organised by the COAC (Demarcatió de Girona – Escola Sert) and the Diputació de Girona.
CEPI & UIPI conference
Prof. Dr. Sergio Nasarre was the guest speaker at the European conference organized by CEPI and UIPI on the reality of home squatting in Spain. The intervention was followed by a round table.
International Chair of Policies for Sustainability
Dr. Héctor Simón Moreno participated on September 16, 2022, in the Second Edition of the International Chair of Policies for Sustainability. His intervention dealt with “Housing and urban and territorial cohesion: the experience of the city of Tarragona”.
