Dr. Mª Paula Rodríguez de Liévano has published the monograph “Los Derechos Humanos en la vivienda colaborativa” in the “Derecho de la Vivienda” collection of Editorial Tirant lo Blanch, the result of her doctoral thesis. The work aims at the collaborative housing model, focusing on cohousing communities and their formula of housing cooperatives in transfer of use, as these are the schemes promoted in Spain as housing alternatives in constant increase.
