Rethinking housing tenures (2015-2017)
The Housing Chair URV coordinates this project funded by the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness, which includes three cross-sectional studies on housing tenures:
a) homeownership as a way to access to housing, paying attention to the transposition of Directive 2014\17\EU, on protection of mortgage consumers;
b) tenancies, in which the efficiency of the current Urban Leases Act is analised;
c) and housing Tax law, which will discuss the system of housing tax neutrality.
