The project “Comprehensive analysis of housing policies in Southern Catalonia” is based on the hypothesis that a joint and agreed action plan among municipalities is needed. This action plan has the aim to prevent depopulation, renovate vacant dwellings and promote public-private partnerships to carry out effective housing policies. The final objective of this project is to turn the Tarragona region into a cohesive territory, being an attractive destination for young people (avoiding the loss of talent and attracting it again), with sufficient job opportunities and enough affordable housing.
