Next Wednesday, April 21 at 6 pm, will take place the virtual presentation of the book through Microsoft Teams platform (https://cutt.ly/wx84g0B) of the book “La intermediación inmobiliaria ante los nuevos retos de la vivienda” written by the researcher Dra. Gemma Caballé Fabra which is published by Tirant lo Blanch.
At the event we will have the participation of Mrs. Elia Domingo, Publishing Director of Tirant lo Blanch, Mr. Gerard Duelo, President of the General Council COAPI of Spain and the Professional Association of Real Estate Agents of Barcelona and Mr. José Antonio Mas Flores, President of the Professional Association of Real Estate Agents of Tarragona.
Speaker at the conference “AI challenges to established legal institutions”
Dr. Rosa Maria Garcia Teruel, postdoctoral researcher at the Housing Chair of the Rovira i Virgili University, was speaker at the international conference AI challenges to established legal institutions with the presentation “Liability of AI regimes: EU proposals”. This international conference was organized by the College of Law & Business, Ramat Gan, Israel, and took place on March 31, 2021.
First Training Activity in the Housing + project framework
On 24, 25 and 26 March, the UNESCO Housing Chair URV coordinated the first training days (Training Activity 1) of the European Housing + project (https://www.housingplus.eu ) for the internal training of the consortium’s partners in the field of housing and techniques of virtual training.
Participation in the Conference “Concrete Actions for Social and Affordable Housing. Housing policy in Europe and Latvia”
Dr. Sergio Nasarre and Dr. Núria Lambea participated, on March 19, in the online Conference “Concrete Actions for Social and Affordable Housing. Housing policy in Europe and Latvia”, hosted by Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung Baltic States, FEPS and Brīvības un solidaritātes fonds. Their presentation “Learning from inclusive, sustainable and affordable national initiatives across Europe. Presentation of the research” aimed to present the methodology and results of the report “Concrete actions for social and affordable housing in the EU”.
