Dr. Pablo Ruiz Osuna has published a review of the edited volume directed by Eliseo Sierra-Noguero Sierra Noguero, entitled “Autonomous Driving and Legal Security in Transport from a European and International Perspective” (Tirant, 2025, 983 pp.). Prof. Dr. Sergio Nasarre Aznar, Dr. Héctor Simón Moreno and Mr. Santiago Ariste Castaño have published the article “The calculation of the income control of Law 12/2023 violates the constitutional rights of private property and equality” in the Revista Crítica de Derecho Inmobiliario, nº 811, September-October 2025.
This work connects the statistical calculation of the income control and its proven economic inconvenience in facilitating access to decent housing with the civil and constitutional framework in which the right to private property is embedded, and concludes that the index and its application violate the essential content of the aforementioned right, while causing situations that violate the constitutional right to equality.
