Workshop MUDEC – Housing Chair URV

Dr. Maridalia Rodríguez Padilla, Professor of Civil Law at the International University of Catalonia, participated on December 17, 2025, in the seminar for the course “New Perspectives on Contract Law” of the Master’s Degree in Business and Contract Law (MUDEC) at Rovira i Virgili University, with the presentation “The Real Estate Trust as a Mechanism for Asset Protection in Real Estate Construction Projects: The Latin American Experience.”
