The main objective of the URV Master’s Degree in Corporate and Contract Law is to train and educate professionals and researchers who are responsible and competent for professional activity and academic research, in both the legal/corporate field and in the area of contract law.
Consequently, the master’s degree allows students to acquire adequate training in the concepts, knowledge, abilities and values that are necessary for them to develop and achieve excellence in the areas of company legal consultancy, mediation and corporate arbitration, company law and auditing.
In this context, several professors with links to the chair teach in this master’s degree, on subjects like contracts and taxation, and particularly Property Contracts.
