ADVANCED DIPLOMA FOR REAL ESTATE AGENTS AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Presentation
The Estate Agent and Property Management course responds to the need to have some kind of specific training backed up by a diploma on the part of people working as estate agents, as per Law 18/2007, of 28 December, on the Right to a Home, and Decree 12/2010, of 2 February, which regulates the requirements to exercise the activity of estate agent and creates the Registry of Estate Agents in Catalonia. This course complies with the requirements for homologation, as it provides the educational content established by current legislation
METHODOLOGY
The Estate Agent and Property Management course successfully brings together teachers from both the academic field and the professional world, all of them professionals and experts on the matter.
The teaching Plan is organised into 2-hour classroom sessions on Mondays and Wednesdays (18:00-20:00h), in which we work on key technical aspects needed to meet the learning requirements for each module.
The teaching methodology for the in-company training basically focuses on the introduction of technical and theoretical concepts that facilitate and reinforce the academic knowledge involved in each of the different subjects. Also included are practical activities and exercises, either individually, in small groups or with the whole class, in such a way that there is an exchange of experiences that helps to take on what has been taught and transfer this knowledge to the students daily tasks and responsibilities.
The course makes full use of blended learning methods. Each module is structured into two parts, one requiring classroom attendance, in which the student learns new theoretical concepts and practices how to apply them, and an online part, in which the student has to work on the concepts learned during the classroom sessions. The virtual learning environment for the online content is the URV’s Moodle.
