WORKSHOPS ON ACCESS TO HOUSING IN THE CONTEXT OF THE CRISIS. III WORKSHOPS ON HOUSING

shapeimage_2

After more than a decade of property boom, the occurrence of the financial crisis has had a significant impact on access to housing, especially as regards buying homes, while there is also a lack of a healthy market for home rental. Apart from housing for rent and housing for sale, there are hardly any other alternatives available.
The Workshops presented here aim to reflect on the different forms of property tenure, both from a Catalonian and Spanish point of view and from an international perspective, always looking for possible alternatives to facilitate access to housing in the context of the current crisis. Among those taking part are theorists and those working in the fields of economics, civil law, tax law, procedural law, constitutional law and administrative law.

The backing of prestigious national and international research institutions, such as the European Network for Housing Research, guarantee the success and recognition of the Workshops.
