Count of homeless people in Tarragona

The UNESCO Housing Chair actively participates in the count of homeless people in Tarragona, which will take place on the night of Tuesday, October 17th. This will be the fourth time that the initiative has been carried out, which until now took place every two years and which from now on will be annual.
