Prof. Dr. Sergio Nasarre has published the article “The coronavirus knocks at the door” in the Journal of the Col·legi d’Aparelladors, Arquitectes Tècnics i Enginyers d’Edificació de Tarragona, n. 88, 2020, pp. 7-9.
The next academic year, the UNESCO Housing Chair URV completes his training in housing with a new University Postgraduate in Housing Policies, unique in its kind. He joins the postgraduate course in mediation and the course of real estate agents, both approved and going for its 8th edition.

Recently, Dr. Rosa M. Garcia Teruel, postdoctoral researcher at the UNESCO Housing Chair, jointly with 3 students, created the students’ group “Legal Hackers URV”, dedicated to the study of the intersenction of Law and New Technologies, following the groups that emerged in the US (legalhackers.org) to promote debates on the legal and ethical aspects of new technologies.
Next Wednesday, November 4 at 6:00 p.m. they organize the seminar “The Digital Identity in Blockchain”, inviting Dr. Nacho Alamillo, PhD in Law, lawyer, general director of Astrea, and a member of the European Network and Information Security Steering Group of the European Union.

Researchers from the UNESCO Housing Chair URV have delivered 400 lectures in 35 countries since its creation in 2013. From Australia and Japan to Mexico and Argentina, passing through most European countries.

The Chair organizes the 10th international Workshop entitled “Collaborative Housing” with the aim of reviewing the collaborative phenomenon applied to housing, its advantages and obstacles as a means of access to housing, especially in the face of the scenario posed by the Covid-19 pandemic. https://housing.urv.cat/en/webinar-la-vivienda-colaborativa/
The speakers are: Darinka Czischke, Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Architecture and Built Environment, Delft University of Technology; María Paula Rodríguez, Pre-doctoral Researcher at the UNESCO Chair Housing Chair and Dolors Camats, Director of the Cooperativa Obrera de Viviendas.
