The UNESCO Chair in Housing is organizing a conference on housing, old age and robots, which will take place on Thursday, 10 April 2025. Given the housing shortage and the advanced aging of the population, new technologies, especially AI and robotics, will play a crucial role in the future. The book “The Legal Personality of Intelligent Automata” will also be presented by His Excellency Mr. Javier Hernández García, Judge of the 2nd Chamber of the Supreme Court.
