Dr. Héctor Simón participated in the International Conference “Property, Temporary Ownership, and Powers of Disposition” with a presentation focused on temporary ownership under the Catalan Civil Code. The Congress, organized by the University of Lleida and the University of Cádiz as part of the research project “La propiedades claudicantes”, and took place at Sapienza University of Rome on June 4 and 5, 2026.
