Dr. Héctor Simón and Dr. Gemma Caballé taught two sessions on rent control and real estate contracting in a housing course at the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico. The sessions took place on June 10 and 11, 2025.
On Tuesday, June 10, 2025, Radio Ciutat de Tarragona interviewed Dr. Héctor Simón Moreno on the occasion of Sustainable Development Goal 11 and the need for affordable and sustainable housing.
