Dr. Héctor Simón Moreno participated on January 13 and 14 in the meeting of experts on forbereance and mortgage enforcement organised by the EVICT Project of the University of Groninguen (https://www.eviction.eu). Dr. Simón presented the reality and the main problems of mortgage enforcement in our legal system.
Dr. Estela Rivas Nieto has published a review on the National Congress on collaborative housing and territory organized by the Chair in the Journal of the Col·legi d’Aparelladors, Arquitectes Tècnics i Enginyers d’Edificació de Tarragona, no. 91, 2021, pp. 25-26.
