The Catalan Government accepts suggestions on tenancies of the Housing Chair

The Catalan Government, after several meetings with experts on housing, has accepted the suggestions of the Housing Chair to draft principles on tenancies in Catalonia, with the special participation of the director of the Chair, Sergio Nasarre, and the researcher Elga Molina. Some of the suggestions are the regulation of long-term leases, more co-responsability of the tenant in the maintenance of the dwelling and a market-oriented rent reference.

Published a new book on shared ownership and temporal ownership
