UNESCO de Vivienda de la Universidad Rovira i Virgili (URV) y el Housing Research Group de la URV que eval\u00faa y acredita el cumplimiento <strong>de buenas pr\u00e1cticas<\/strong> tanto en la gesti\u00f3n del <strong>parque de vivienda social<\/strong> como en la gesti\u00f3n de las\u00a0<strong>personas\u00a0beneficiarias<\/strong> de este parque.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n<div  class='hr CVS?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La certificaci\u00f3n CVS consiste en un proceso de evaluaci\u00f3n estructurado, objetivo e independiente de hasta <strong>44 par\u00e1metros<\/strong> clasificados como <strong>buenas pr\u00e1cticas<\/strong> en vivienda social, que se sustentan en un riguroso <a href=\"http:\/\/housing.urv.cat\/es\/portada\/investigacion\/publicaciones\/\">estudio cient\u00edfico a nivel nacional e internacional<\/a>.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cLa certificaci\u00f3n CVS garantiza que la entidad certificada aplica criterios de buena gesti\u00f3n en sus viviendas sociales y personas style=\"text-align: justify;\">La certificaci\u00f3n CVS se podr\u00e1 obtener en categor\u00eda <strong>est\u00e1ndar o plus,<\/strong> seg\u00fan se cumplan solamente los par\u00e1metros CVS?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La certificaci\u00f3n CVS <strong>va dirigida <\/strong>a entidades\u00a0de naturaleza\u00a0<strong>p\u00fablica, mixta\u00a0o privada <\/strong>que, con o sin \u00e1nimo de lucro, e independientemente de su forma jur\u00eddica y\u00a0dimensi\u00f3n, <strong>gestionen viviendas consideradas como\u00a0\u00absociales\u00bb.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n<div  class='hr av-av_hr-91d7ccd583a503147498e120fee2ff9b hr-default  avia-builder-el-17  el_after_av_textblock certificado CVS?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una vez realizada la solicitud de certificaci\u00f3n, el equipo de especialistas de la C\u00e1tedra UNESCO de Vivienda de la Universidad Rovira i Virgili (URV) se pondr\u00e1 en contacto con la entidad solicitante y detallar\u00e1 el listado de documentos requeridos para la evaluaci\u00f3n de los par\u00e1metros que determinar\u00e1n las buenas pr\u00e1cticas en la gesti\u00f3n de vivienda social aplicadas por la entidad gestora de vivienda social que se somete a la certificaci\u00f3n CVS.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La evaluaci\u00f3n atender\u00e1 aspectos relativos a:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>La <strong>estructura de gobierno<\/strong> y gesti\u00f3n de la entidad.<\/li>\n<li>Las <strong>fuentes de financiaci\u00f3n<\/strong> y estrategias econ\u00f3micas seguidas.<\/li>\n<li>La <strong>gesti\u00f3n<\/strong> del parque de vivienda social.<\/li>\n<li>Los <strong>servicios prestados<\/strong>: tipolog\u00eda, cantidad y calidad.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Revisada la documentaci\u00f3n aportada, los especialistas emitir\u00e1n un informe de puntaci\u00f3n de los distintos par\u00e1metros evaluados y emitir\u00e1n la calificaci\u00f3n final para obtener el certificado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En caso de que la entidad no logre la calificaci\u00f3n necesaria se le ofrecer\u00e1 un informe de recomendaciones y se le brindar\u00e1 el acompa\u00f1amiento requerido para la obtenci\u00f3n de la certificaci\u00f3n. <strong>\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n<div  class='hr av-av_hr-91d7ccd583a503147498e120fee2ff9b hr-default  avia-builder-el-19
