This Council is a consultative body with the capacity to prepare constructive proposals so as to guide the city&#8217;s housing policy. Its constitution was proposed in the Tarragona Housing\u00a0Local\u00a0Plan 2021-2026, drawn up by the UNESCO Housing Chair.
