El caso de la Rep\u00fablica Dominicana\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>____<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On Tuesday, <strong>November 16, 2021,<\/strong> was presented in virtual format the book <strong>\u201c<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/editorial.tirant.com\/es\/libro\/el-fideicomiso-inmobiliario-y-la-inversion-extranjera-como-instrumentos-para-mitigar-el-deficit-habitacional-maridalia-rodriguez-padilla-9788413785639\"><strong>El fideicomiso inmobiliario y la inversi\u00f3n extranjera como instrumentos para mitigar el d\u00e9ficit habitacional.<\/strong> <strong>El caso de la Rep\u00fablica Dominicana<\/strong><\/a> which is part of the collection of books <strong>\u201c<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/editorial.tirant.com\/es\/colecciones\/derecho-de-la-vivienda\"><strong>Derecho de la vivienda<\/strong><\/a><strong>\u201d<\/strong> of the <strong>Tirant lo Blanch<\/strong> publishing house, a work of <strong>Dr. Maridalia Rodr\u00edguez Padilla<\/strong>, postdoctoral researcher at the Chair.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The presentation was given by <strong>Dr. Luis Gonzalo Baena<\/strong> from the Externado University of Colombia and <strong>Mr. Aquiles Calder\u00f3n<\/strong>, a lawyer specialized in trust administration from the Dominican Republic, who offered the following presentations:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Breves consideraciones acerca de la importancia del fideicomiso en el desarrollo de proyectos de construcci\u00f3n de vivienda y su contribuci\u00f3n a la reducci\u00f3n del d\u00e9ficit habitacional.<\/strong> Luis Gonzalo Baena C\u00e1rdenas.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Particularidades y ventajas del fideicomiso de inversi\u00f3n inmobiliaria.<\/strong> Aquiles Calder\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The event also featured speeches by <strong>Prof. Dr. Sergio Nasarre<\/strong>, director of the collection of books, and <strong>Dr. Georgina Garriga<\/strong>, professor at the University of Barcelona (UB), who were the directors of the doctoral thesis from which the work of Dra. Rodr\u00edguez comes and who, in addition, were the foreword to the book. Finally, the author offered a few words of thanks, along with a brief overview of the content of the book.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The event was organized by <a href=\"https:\/\/ojd.org.do\/\"><strong>Observatorio Judicial Dominicano (OJD)<\/strong><\/a>, and was moderated by Ms. Denisse Hartling.
